| Our dining rooms have fireplaces that date back to the 1800's, and now have fireplace stoves installed for warmth and ambiance. Besides the main dining room, our slightly smaller dining room (shown below) is also available upon request for smaller groups who wish to have a private function. It also offers a cozy hearth area. |

Dining at the Fox Stand Inn is reasonably priced with entrees under $20 (incl. soup & salad). But, our entrees have the touches that typically cost much more in other restaurants. The Fox Stand Restaurant & Tavern is open Tuesdays through Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays. The Pub is open from 5:00 p.m. through closing. The kitchen opens at 6:00 p.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m. Both VISA & Mastercard are accepted.
Traditionally, we like to keep the menu varied, so we change it often. Currently, our dinners include shrimp scampi, tortellini, sirloin steak, chicken parmesan, baked trout, broiled scallops, grilled quail, and we even serve ostrich (fabulous!).

The Fox Stand Inn Tavern also offers a lighter menu for those who don't have a large appetite, or simply wish to have a series of great appetizers along with their evening spirits.
Appetizers available (shown above) are Louisiana Hot Wings, crabcakes, cajun shrimp, & fried mushrooms. Also, smaller versions of dinner entrees are available as well as fish (salmon & haddock), or burgers.
And, Gary grills the best Tavern Steak around---the Blacktop! All of these are less than ten dollars.

Dining in the tavern or outdoors in the summer is relaxing. If you like sports, the tavern tv is always tuned to the latest events on the air.
And, the tavern is a place where old friends meet to catch up on things, talk about fantasy football, NY Yankees versus the Red Sox, reminisce about "glory days", and enjoy each other's company.
