With its central Vermont location, the Fox Stand Inn is just a little more than 2 hours from Boston, 3 hours from Hartford CT, and Montreal, and 5 hours from NYC. The Inn is close to many major downhill ski areas, cross-country ski facilities, VAST Trails for snowmachiners. There's also lakes for fishing, boating, and swimming in the warmer months. There are several outstanding golf courses nearby, hiking trails, backroads for bike touring, museums, and numerous antique shops all in a short distance. |
| TThe Inn is also just an hour's ride to Burlington, 45 min. to Stowe, 45 min. to Rutland, 25 min. to Hanover NH, 35 miles to Killington, 22 miles to Woodstock, a few miles from Vermont Law School, and only 9 miles to the Tunbridge Fairgrounds. For the location of the Fox Stand Inn off of Exit 3 on Interstate 89. If traveling northbound or southbound on I-89, take Exit 3. At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto RT. 107. Continue straight past the Texaco Station until you reach a stop sign (the VT Sugarhouse is right in front of you). Turn right onto Rt. 14, go past Village Pizza, and the Fox Stand Inn will be on your right . Or, please click on the map link above.
